Terms and Conditions for GPFMX.com (Georgia Practice Facility, Cairo, Georgia)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or making any payment through GPFMX.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in racing, riding, training, lodging, and other activities or reservations offered by Georgia Practice Facility (“GPFMX” or the “Facility”) in Cairo, Georgia.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website, register, make a payment, or reserve a spot.

2. Limited Availability, Payments, and Rescheduling
GPFMX has a limited number of spots available for families and racing, riding, or training participants due to facility capacity, staffing, and scheduling requirements.

To secure a spot, the required deposit or full payment (“Funds”) must be made through the Website or by calling 229-977-0637 to make payment by phone.
​
All sales, deposits, registrations, and payments are final and nonrefundable.
​
Rescheduling may be arranged for a future available date, subject to availability and approval by GPFMX. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be requested before the participant’s original scheduled date. Failure to attend without an approved rescheduling arrangement will result in forfeiture of all Funds paid.

Funds and reservations are nontransferable to other participants unless expressly approved by GPFMX.

3. Registration and Payment
Registration requires prompt payment of the required deposit or full fee specified for the applicable event, reservation, or training schedule.

Payments are processed through the Website’s secure payment gateway or by phone. A registration, reservation, or spot is not secured until the required payment has been successfully received.
​
All payments are final and nonrefundable. Requests to reschedule must be submitted as soon as possible and remain subject to GPFMX approval and availability.

4. Cancellations by GPFMX
If GPFMX cancels an event, reservation, training schedule, or participant spot due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, Facility conditions, or another reason, GPFMX will notify affected participants as soon as reasonably possible.
At its discretion, GPFMX may provide a credit toward a future available date, offer rescheduling, or issue a refund for the amount paid directly to GPFMX.

GPFMX is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, equipment, meals, or any other expenses incurred by participants or their families.

5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must comply with all Facility rules, safety requirements, instructions, and waivers, including any documents provided separately or upon arrival.

Families are responsible for determining whether each participant is physically capable, properly equipped, and otherwise suitable for racing, riding, training, or other Facility activities.
​
GPFMX reserves the right to refuse entry, remove a participant, or terminate participation for safety concerns, misconduct, rule violations, failure to follow instructions, or other policy reasons. No refund or rescheduling will be provided under these circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk
Motorsports activities involve inherent and significant risks, including the risk of serious injury, disability, property damage, and death.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPFMX, its owners, employees, contractors, staff, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, expense, or damage arising from participation in Facility activities or use of the Facility or Website.
​
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with motorsports and related activities. Additional liability waivers and releases may be required before participation.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or dispute relating to these Terms, the Website, a reservation, payment, or participation at the Facility shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Grady County, Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms
GPFMX may revise or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted on the Website.
Continued use of the Website or Facility after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
