Terms and Conditions for GPFMX.com (Georgia Practice Facility, Cairo, Georgia)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or making any payment on GPFMX.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your participation in racing, riding, or training spots for families at the Georgia Practice Facility ("GPFMX" or "Facility") in Cairo, Georgia. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or secure a spot.

2. Limited Availability and Deposits
GPFMX (Georgia Practice Facility) has a limited number of spots available for families and their racing, riding, or training participants due to facility constraints, staffing, and scheduling demands. To secure a spot, a deposit or full payment ("Funds") must be made via the Website or call (229) 977-0637 to make payment by phone.[1][2]

  • You have 30 days from the date of payment to cancel for a full refund of Funds, provided you notify GPFMX in writing via email or the Website contact form.[1][2][3]

  • After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but you may reschedule to a future available date, subject to availability and GPFMX approval. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be requested before your original spot date.[1][4]

  • Funds are non-transferable to other participants.
     

3. Registration and Payment

  • Registration requires prompt payment of the required deposit or full fee as specified for the event or training schedule.

  • Payments are processed securely through the Website via secure payment gateway methods. Cancellation requests within the 30-day window must be submitted promptly to qualify for a refund.[1]
     

4. Cancellations by GPFMX
In the rare event GPFMX cancels a spot or event or training schedule (e.g., due to weather, safety, or insufficient enrollment), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer, at our discretion, a full refund or credit toward a future available spots. GPFMX is not liable for any travel, lodging, or related expenses incurred by you.[1][2]

5. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must comply with all Facility rules, safety requirements, and waivers (provided separately upon arrival).

  • Families are responsible for ensuring participants are suitable for racing, riding, or training activities. GPFMX reserves the right to refuse entry for safety or policy reasons, with no refund or rescheduling provided if outside the 30-day window.
     

6. Limitation of Liability
GPFMX, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the Facility or Website, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Participants assume all risks associated with motorsports activities.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Grady County, Georgia.

8. Changes to Terms
GPFMX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of changes.
